First aid – timely provision of competent, skilled medical care until the arrival of ambulance crews, which is many times increases the efficiency of the follow-up stage of treatment, and most importantly — increases the survival rate of victims (patients) in case of emergency.

The aim of the course is training of employees and specialists of the main ways and methods of rendering first aid.

The contingent of persons subject to training on provision of first aid:

drivers of motor vehicles;
employees of internal Affairs bodies;
workers of hazardous production facilities;
the workers of the fire service and services on liquidation of emergency situations;
employees of healthcare organizations who do not have medical education

Tasks

The formation of the fundamental knowledge and skills for the provision of any emergency medical aid:
Familiarity with the principles of diagnostics of emergency conditions that threaten life;
Performing resuscitation; apply the standard method of temporal stop of bleeding;
Superimposition of the standard vehicle tire; dressings for wounds;
The ability to apply antidotes;
Knowledge of the structure of emergency medical care;
Familiarity with the rules of nursing.

Skills of first aid in different situations.

· cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for adults and children

· transport the victim

· help the choked person (the Heimlich), adults and children

· injuries

· bleeding and wounds

· burns and frostbite

· overheating and overcooling

· poisoning bites and stings

· electric shock

· heart attack, high fever, diabetes, seizures, stroke, fainting, etc.

Practical part – modelling of the most frequently-encountered situations (taking into account the specifics of the client's activities) and the skills help in conditions close to real. The use of dummies, special makeup, overlays and masks imitating different injuries. Game situation: the audience is in place of victims in the role of rescuers.

End of course testing, the results of which license plates are issued international certificates valid for 2 years, certificate.
